Hollie Hadwen, Senior Lecturer in Diagnostic Radiography, University of Suffolk

Hollie qualified as a Diagnostic Radiographer in 2007. She worked in the modality specialism of Nuclear Medicine at the Ipswich Hospital NHS Trust, before joining the University of Suffolk academic staff in December 2014. Hollie teaches across undergraduate and postgraduate provision in the School of Health and Sports Sciences and is the link lecturer for diagnostic radiography at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.

Hollie’s research has been published in the peer-reviewed journal Radiography, at the British Nuclear Medicine Society (BNMS) annual conference and other higher education focussed conferences. She has also presented her department’s clinical work at the East Anglian Nuclear Medicine society. Hollie is enrolled on a doctoral programme at the University of Essex, utilising Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) to explore the experiences of educators supporting the pastoral needs of undergraduate diagnostic radiography students in the UK.
